In the Beginning
I started seriously riding in 2020 during the pandemic. My feeling at the time was that most people, even in southern California, were huddled up inside afraid of everything. Climbing up to the mountains and exploring the trails became my outlet. A whole new world opened up.
These were taken in November 2020. People were wearing masks on the trails, myself included. Funny to think about now. I bought this bike to commute to work, thinking it might be fun to try some trails on the weekends. That’s the way it went until I didn’t have a commute anymore. Then I discovered what this bike was made to do.
